Create by Inspire (create.inspire.film) is an internal tool used by Inspire.Film members, event organisers, and affiliates to schedule and publish promotional content to their own social media accounts. Accounts and permissions are managed by Inspire.Film; this policy covers only the data this app itself collects, not Inspire.Film's other services.
When you connect Facebook, we request the following permissions:pages_show_list,pages_manage_posts,pages_read_engagement,instagram_basic, andinstagram_content_publish.
These let the app list the Facebook Pages you manage, publish posts and videos you create to a Page you choose, read basic engagement on those posts, and — if the Page has a linked Instagram Business account — publish the same content to Instagram on your behalf. We only ever publish content you explicitly create and submit inside this app; we never post automatically or without your action.
When you connect LinkedIn, we requestopenid,profile,email, andw_member_social, which let the app identify your LinkedIn profile and publish posts you create to your LinkedIn feed.
When you connect a YouTube channel, you sign in with Google and grant this app the following scopes:youtube.upload andyoutube.readonly.
youtube.upload lets the app publish the marketing videos you create and approve inside this app to your YouTube channel, on your behalf.youtube.readonlylets the app read your channel's basic details (name and id) so it can confirm which channel is connected and show it to you. We only ever publish content you explicitly create and submit inside this app; we never post automatically or without your action, and we do not read your viewing history, subscriptions, or private videos.
This app's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google's own handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. We do not transfer or sell this data, and we do not use it for advertising or any purpose other than the publishing features described above. You can revoke this app's access at any time from Members → Accounts or from your Google Account permissions.
We store the Page/account name and id, the access token issued for that Page or account, your basic profile id/name, the linked Instagram account id and username (if any), the permissions granted, and the token's expiry date. Access tokens are stored server-side and are never exposed to the browser or to other users. We do not store your Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn password — we never see it.
Solely to let you publish content you create inside this app to the accounts you've connected, and to show you which accounts are currently connected. We do not sell, share, or use this data for advertising, and we do not access your personal feed, messages, or contacts.
You can disconnect any account at any time from Members → Accounts inside the app — this immediately deletes the stored access token and account record for that platform. To request full deletion of any data associated with your account, email info@inspire.film and we'll delete it within 30 days.
Connected-account data is kept only while the connection is active. Facebook long-lived tokens expire after roughly 60 days if not refreshed; expired or disconnected tokens are not used and are removed on request as described above.
