Terms of Service

Create by Inspire (create.inspire.film) is an internal tool for Inspire.Film members, event organisers, and affiliates to create and publish promotional content to social media accounts they connect and manage themselves.

Access is granted via your existing Inspire.Film (or Release Coach AI) sign-in — this app has no separate password of its own. You're responsible for keeping your Inspire.Film login secure and for anything published under a social account you've connected.

When you connect a Facebook Page, Instagram Business account, LinkedIn profile, or YouTube channel, you authorize this app — via that platform's own OAuth consent screen — to publish content on your behalf and to read basic account details. You can revoke this at any time from Members → Accounts, or from the platform's own app-permissions settings. See our Privacy Policy for what data that involves.

Create publishes videos to YouTube using the YouTube API Services. By using the app's YouTube features, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke this app's access to your Google account at any time via the Google security settings. How we use YouTube data is detailed in our Privacy Policy.

You agree only to publish content you have the rights to, that you personally authored or approved inside this app, and that complies with the policies of each platform you publish to (Meta Platform Terms, Instagram Community Guidelines, LinkedIn Professional Community Policies, YouTube Community Guidelines). We may suspend a connected account if we detect abuse, spam, or a platform policy violation.

This tool is provided as-is, for internal use by Inspire.Film and its affiliates. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) we integrate with, and we're not responsible for changes those platforms make to their APIs or policies.

We may update these terms as the app evolves; material changes will be reflected here with an updated "last updated" date.
